Create your event
Creating an event is quick and easy. Use a wizard, copy an existing event or create it from scratch. Upload your branding and tweak your look and feel. Within a few minutes you could be ready for sending invites.
Upload you invitees
Upload you invitees details into the system, whether you have a lot of info or only basic info. It doesn’t matter. You can also capture and amend them through the update screen. If your event is open to the public, you don’t need to upload anything.
Send your personalised invites
Use the messaging module to send your invites. It doesn’t matter if it’s 10 or 10,000 invites, it take 1 minute to set up your message and then let the system work it’s mass personalisation magic!
Invitee Completes Online Form
It doesn’t matter whether they are using a phone, tablet or PC, your invitees click on the RSVP link and complete the info you need.
We Send Confirmations
Depending on your requirements, you can send your Participant or Declined Invitee a confirmation with details of their RSVP, Save the Date, directions or any information you need.
Pull Reports
You can view, download or email reports anytime during the process. Get participant details, diertary requirements, travel requirements, etc etc

At-Event

Post-Event
Send Thank You emails or SMS with or without a guest survey. Upload pictures to a private picture gallery. Update your event website.
